Change is a constant part of this life; as time moves on we shed our old skin and move toward our goals. We have the potential and possibility to grow and become if we let ourselves change. Some things we cannot help but watch change, it happens around us constantly. However, It is up to US what we want to keep in ourselves and what we will allow to transform.
The Holy Ghost is a constant reminder of the change we need to let happen within ourselves. Conversion through the Atonement of Jesus Christ is a change of our heart. Is it a lasting change? I want it to be.
If a flower was to stem into a bud and then stop growing; never break open to show its glorious color and beautiful array of petals, it will have missed out on its most wonderful purpose and the fruit of that plant would never come forth.
We are a beautiful product of change.
The lasting power of the Atonement is available to help us change, we need only to accept it and become the beings we are divinely destined to be.
